In today’s world, students must prepare themselves for a wide range of college and work opportunities. All students want to lead a happy life and enjoy the good things the world has to offer. Our students will certainly be provided a quality education. This year I am working with our junior high students as they learn and master a wide range of 21st Century Skills.

In this year’s “Technology Applications” class, students will learn and master various topics associated with computers and technology.

Week 4 (September 14, 2015)

Students had a great week as they finished up their "Digital Citizenship" training and Mini-Posters. The challenge was on as most students had never used MS-Word for a Desktop Publishing project before.  Many students did a great job of rising to the high standards set for grammar, spelling and punctuation.  Some even took it upon themselves to make edits and corrections to prepare their project for showcase.  Posters will be scattered around our campus to remind student and teachers to be safe while on the Internet.

Here are a few samples of the Mini-Posters created by 6th and 8th graders this week.

Others completed this week will be added to these in a video I will post on Youtube soon.

Thanks for viewing and have a great week.
