In today’s world, students must prepare themselves for a wide range of college and work opportunities. All students want to lead a happy life and enjoy the good things the world has to offer. Our students will certainly be provided a quality education. This year I am working with our junior high students as they learn and master a wide range of 21st Century Skills.

In this year’s “Technology Applications” class, students will learn and master various topics associated with computers and technology.

6th graders have a bit of news to share.  As they began their unit in "MIT App Inventor", all 6th graders were surveyed to  see how many students wanted to continue their training in coding next year.  Mrs. Sadler will have her hands busy as she gets the 7th grade schedules set up for next year.   More then 50% of the 6th graders enjoy the challenge of coding, they asked for continued training next year.

Samples of the students first App will be available this week.

This week, 8th Grade is completing a video sharing what they learned in their "Introduction to Python Programming".  The videos are shaping up great and will be available for viewing soon.  Some students who are done with the videos are already moved on to App Inventor.
